Red Carpet Chic at Oscar Night® America

Oscar Night® America is the premiere gala benefiting the Arthritis Foundation, Arizona. The event, held at the Arizona Biltmore, is the only official Academy Awards® viewing party in the Phoenix area. Guests walked the red carpet, smiled for the paparazzi, enjoyed a cocktail reception, entertainment, a multi-course dinner, a swag bag, the official Academy Awards® program book, and an exciting Academy Awards telecast live on huge screens courtesy of ABC15, the Phoenix affiliate of the ABC Television Network. Dr. Marc Rosen of Phoenix Orthopedic Consultants, served as Chair for the event. Committee members included Jimmy and Bettina Chow, Ideationnation’s Dave Dodge, JoAnn Holland, Community Affairs Manager, Wells Fargo and 2013 Oscar Night America Chair, Nancy Keane with Safeway, Rolf’s Salon very own Rolf Lohse, and Joyce Santis the COO of Sonora Quest Laboratories.

the Society of Chairs Dinner, a special evening of thanks dedicated to our community leaders, for their tireless efforts and commitment
to the valley's nonprofit organizations.

Nonprofit leaders and the volunteer chair for their major fundraising event are invited. Contact Linda with information about the organization, nonprofit leader and event chair for the 2012-13 season (9.1.12 - 8.31.13) The dinner is By Invitation Only and hosted.

Statement by Linda M. Herold
Event chairs are fundraising volunteer
leaders who are willing to invest themselves in causes they are passionate about. Chairs are resourceful, tenacious, willing to ask for what they need, great team builders, take creative risks, are able to successfully organize and, most importantly, want to learn. Their contributions are formidable and we applaud them. Their leadership efforts not only raise funds - they raise awareness. As mentors, they create pathways for future leaders. We treasure our Society of Chairs and thank them for their outstanding
contributions.
